A longtime resident of New York’s Capital District, Bill transitioned to Wall Street to serve as a credit default swap broker for Prebon Yamane. His expertise in complex global markets later led him to Cantor Fitzgerald, where he served as Managing Director, overseeing strategic operations across Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Greater Asia region.
